My Cousin’s 2014 Wedding

It’s amazing how the first memories that come up when I see this video are negative ones. I recall my cousin Pahola reached out to me to record and produce her wedding video. The day of, she was over one hour late to the church and never apologized to anyone for such rude behavior. The hall was still being decorated when guests arrive all disorganized. I recall my aunt wanting me to do manual labor all dressed up in addition to shooting and producing the video due to the disorganized event planning. I was offended and pissed. I vowed to never provide such a service like that again. Now that I see the video, the one good thing that came of it, was the family reunion. If it weren’t for this event, most family members would be estranged for years. I still love my cousin, but I’m hard on her when it comes to being on time for her own special events.
